January 28, 2007 I was finally so disgraced by the way WAY old messages on this website that I figured out how to remove them. All I needed to do was type "rm [filename]". Who would have known it would be so simple? Who would have known? On a different note, I went snowshoeing today with my Mom at Sovereign Lake, the cross-country ski area at Silver Star. You know, it felt a little silly actually. We could have easily walked in our regular boots on these trails. I figure snowshoeing is more fun in the backcountry. Yes, that's what I figure... Here's a picture anyway:  Note that my "toque" (Canadian-speak, you Kiwis, for a "beanie") is the same colour as my jacket. What a buy! And another note: this is probably one of the last pictures ever of my trusty ol' spectacles. On Thursday I'm getting myself some brand new eyes! July 24, 2006!! I have pretty much abandoned this site, EXCEPT to post new pictures. One day, I may just find some new inspiration to start writing again... but, for now, check the photo link on the left to see what I'm up to. |
